Strategic Partnerships, Manchester United Foundation:Responsible for leading and managing strategic relationships with the Clubs commercial partners from a Foundation perspective, acting as the key contact on behalf of the organisation. I oversee all aspects of day-to-day partnership activity, from relationship development and campaign planning to activation delivery and performance tracking.My role includes creating and presenting tailored proposals, managing partner rights to ensure maximum value and visibility, and coordinating regular touchpoints such as status meetings and partner briefings.I am accountable for partnership budgets, ensuring investments align with mutual goals, and I work closely with each partner to define success metrics, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to achieve shared impact.Skills Lab, Strategic Leadership & Programme Oversight:I provide strategic direction and operational leadership of the Skills Lab, an immersive enrichment experience designed to inspire, educate, and empower visiting groups of all ages.My responsibilities include managing and developing the Skills Lab team through structured line management, regular team planning sessions, and monthly 1:1 performance and development meetings.I act as the escalation point for both strategic and operational queries, ensuring smooth delivery and safeguarding staff wellbeing. I also oversee the implementation of systems, policies, and processes to maintain high standards of consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
