About Michael Brewer
I\'m an attorney at Burr Forman in the Construction practice group. I represent clients in construction and government contract cases in state court, federal court, the Government Accountability Office, and the Boards of Contract Appeals. My litigation experience includes complex commercial and construction cases, disputes over federal jurisdiction, and federal bid protests and contract claims. Outside the courtroom, I assist clients with settlement negotiation and represent them through alternative dispute resolution. I advise contractors on the FAR and other agency-specific regulations. My federal regulatory experience includes CMMC compliance, suspension and debarment, internal investigations, employment and organizational conflicts of interest, and SBA set-aside contracting programs. I graduated from GW Law in May 2023, where I was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal and a tutor to fellow law students in the areas of constitutional, contract, and corporate law. Before law school, I graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Psychology.
