Over his career, he has witnessed the power and impact that a single excellent supervisor who develops and empowers their people can have on a team and an organization’s results. Similarly, he has seen the crippling effects of a dictatorial leader who leaves workers feeling like simply cogs in a machine, rather than valued members of the company.
