   Lead a division of 35 personnel charged with the management of FEMA\'s CONUS and OCONUS Real Property Portfolio. Manage a Real Property portfolio consisting of over 300 assets, 182 owned and leased buildings of nearly 8 million square feet and 5 campuses. Developed strategy and analytics to maximize the effective use of agency real property. Developed and implemented the Real Property Master Plan and capital and lease improvement program for the agency. Manage an annual budget in excess of $500 million. Lead project teams overseeing numerous lease acquisitions, construction projects and lease improvements. Served as the lead project manager for several critical infrastructure projects to include the renovation of the National Response Coordination Center. This project was completed on time and on budget. Stood up a real property information system using the IBM TRIRIGA system to improve operational control and management of the agency real property assets. Developed and deployed numerous data analysis tools and PowerBi Dashboards to improve real property utilization, financial and project management, and operational efficiency. These tools are being used across the agency to synchronize real property needs with operational activities. Trained team member, colleagues and supervisors on the use of technological tools such as power query, Visual Basic for Applications, MS Excel and other products to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
