I am a results-oriented Project Manager with a strong background and applied experience in managing local public agency projects utilizing federal funds or 100% locally funded. Client-centered and service oriented, my goal is to provide clients with exceptional service and project delivery utilizing a multi-discipline engineering design teams assembled for each project. As a team leader, I have acquired extensive experience in working and collaborating intra-departmentally. I possess a broad municipal engineering background with an understanding of public project management and design requirements for local governmental, semi-governmental, airport and private clients. My work as Project Manager includes quality assurance procedures and fiscal management oversight including budget development and implementation.I have a proven track record in managing municipal projects including; problem identification and resolution, utility coordination for facility relocations, securing federal and state agency permits for construction, design right-of-way acquisitions, specification writing, development of construction procedures, assembling contract document packing and processing, evaluation of contract bids including contractor references and bonding, shop drawing reviews and contract change order reviews. I am passionate about project management and helping my colleagues succeed on the job.
