ABOUT MICHAEL BRAZEAU
Masters graduate in mechanical engineering from Florida State University with a focus on mechatronics, robotics, and sensors. Currently working for Rocket Lab as a Senior Manufacturing and Test engineer on the Rutherford and Archimedes engines. My previous experience at Rocket Lab focused on avionics manufacturing and test of electro-mechanical systems on the Electron launch vehicle.I am a highly adaptable mechanical engineer with 9 years of combined experience in aerospace, rocket engine manufacturing, development, test, and high-volume gas meter production. I take a very hands-on approach to problem solving in fast-paced new product development programs. I have a strong background in problem solving with a focus on testing, mechatronic assemblies, sensor selection/integration, and data acquisition/analysis. I am often recognized for spearheading special projects and tackling new and unknown process development challenges.
