   Some of my accomplishments at Roosevelt include:1. Building a signature arts program despite budget cuts.2. Developing a dance program and a dance studio at Roosevelt.3. Reviving a theater program that had been dormant for fifteen years.4. Increasing school enrollment each year.5. Raising our graduation rate by nearly 20 percentage points in two years.6. Increasing our average ACT Test score by two points.7. Improving our daily attendance rates.8. Building a positive school-wide culture reflected in a large decline in student suspensions and referrals.9. Launched a Heritage Spanish program that has grown over three years.10. Successfully introduced the Spanish Dual Immersion high school pathway at Roosevelt.11. Partnered with Spark-Y to begin the district\'s first Urban Farming high school program.
