With over 8 years of experience in the compliance field, I am passionate about ensuring ethical and legal conduct in the business environment. As a Corporate Compliance Officer at Argos North America, I am responsible for overseeing the Code of Conduct and Antitrust Program for the leading cement and concrete producer in the US. Additionally, I manage the assessment findings and spearhead the implementation of corrective actions to address identified risks. I leverage my analytical skills, executive reporting, and customer relationship management skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, such as senior management, legal counsel, internal audit, and external regulators.
