   The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a high-visibility strategic partner and thought leader who leads the coordination and strategic alignment of diverse executive level business functions. The role has primary responsibility for the completion of high level activities executed on behalf of the CEO and/or CFO to translate strategy to action on key programs or strategic initiatives for the executive leadership team. The Chief of Staff to the CEO is responsible for coordinating annual financial planning and operating processes including the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors meetings, and advising on the planning of leadership events, and managing and implementing Corporate Governance processes. Key responsibilities: Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads. Develop a Clarios operating cadence for the executive leadership team including managing Monthly Operating Reviews and Reporting presentation structure, defining KPIs and processes for reporting against them, and determining plan for monitoring key strategic projects to support KPIs. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. Lead roll out and org change on new processes Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning Coordinate Board of Director activities and preparation of presentation for CEO and CFO, as well as other executive leaders as needed.
