ABOUT MICHAEL BOONE
As a Manager in the Data Analytics & Trusted AI group of KPMG\'s Risk Advisory practice, I support clients in unlocking the potential of their data through advanced analytics and AI. I have experience leading projects spanning business process analysis, AI strategy development, data/AI governance framework implementation, and AI readiness enhancement. These projects included providing AI training sessions, identifying and prioritizing AI use cases, establishing data/AI governance processes, and developing strategic roadmaps to enable clients\' to use data and AI effectively and responsibly. I also hold a Master of Management Analytics from Queen\'s University where I specialized in leveraging data analytics, machine learning, and AI to drive business value, mitigate risks and, address complex business challenges. This technical knowledge combined with my clear communication skills enables me to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders, supporting organizational change management and workforce learning. This unique skillset, along with my education and experience, allows me to help clients maximize their value from data and AI.
