Opened as a pilot in July of 2004 with a focus on servicing Technology VMS clients- 2005 saw expansion to 7 recruiters and approx. 328 hires. Still primarily focused on Technology VMS- Ramped to an average of 27 recruiters in 2006 (opened Itasca Center) 808 hires- 2007 saw the expansion into Mergis type skill sets and some involvement with the Staffing division. Ramped to 35 Recruiters and 2,452 hires- In 2008 added bandwidth – opening the Dallas 4,862 hires- 2009 Pulled back the size of the professional teams a bit due to the economy but increased HC in staffing to redirect headcount from field to more flexible model. 10,318 hires. This number included Netflix hires that were supported and administered (but not necessarily sourced) by the NRC- Breakout year in 2010. Expanded all teams, increased hire numbers to 13,827. This number excludes 5,200 Netflix hires supported/administered by the NRC. We’re now at 128 recruiters – counting all divisions’ NRC’s.
