20 years of experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating national and international projects and programs in environmental and sustainable development, community development, natural resource management, species protection and protected areas and research infrastructure management in terrestrial, marine/coastal and island ecosystems. Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating World Bank, IFC, GEF, KFW, IDB and other environmental and social standards and management frameworks and indicators.10 years of experience in executive positions managing environmental and development organizations and/or departments, both in the non-governmental and public sectors. Proven skills and experience in budget (from small-scale initiatives to multilateral multimillion-dollar projects and programs), administrative and human resources management (from small five-person offices to organizations with over 250 staff), as well as in a wide and diverse range of field logistics and operations.Experienced fundraiser, skilled in the development and management of project and program budgets and strategic and operational plans, from small-scale initiatives to multimillion multilateral development interventions. Background in designing, implementing and evaluating GEF, EU, IDB, World Bank and KfW and other international/multilateral aid proposals and projects.Skilled communicator and strategist with established negotiation, conflict-resolution and troubleshooting abilities.
