Represent the Client within JPMorgan to ensure that business is well aligned to deliver to Client\'s specific program parameters and reporting requirements.3. Own and maintain all client level lending parameters including ensuring that all pertinent information is updated and correct9. Work directly with SL Onboarding for all incremental on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring key tasks such as entitlements, portfolio parameter updates and instructions to database are timely and accurate.10. Have responsibility for instructing limit changes globally to Operations Account Management. This includes directed client change as well as internal directed changes ensuring the global agent lending trading desks have the proper access to available and appropriate lending limits to facilitate their trading activities.11. Work with internal and external auditors to ensure appropriate and timely dissemination of required reports and information, including submitting requests for Agent Lending SSAE16\'s and bridge letter requests.12. Own the Change Management agenda for client requests for product and/or reporting enhancements, changes or additions. Drive for a consistent support model across clients (limit bespoke processes)
