The Ambassador group is a locally owned franchise, currently the highest sales average per agent & highest average sale price in residential sales in the Omaha Metro area. The franchise of Prudential Real Estate was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway HS, and as of December 2013, we are now Berkshire Hathaway HS | Ambassador Real Estate. Through the BHHS Real Estate systems, we are able to bring more exposure and offer more solutions than any other real estate company in Omaha! In addition to substantial residential sales annually, I have the honor of starting up a formal commercial division with the company, and am currently the Manager of the Commercial Division within this company.The Commercial Division is growing both in active agents and in transactions completed. I am client-centric, so I follow my client needs. From owner/user business owners to investors looking to sell and buy commercial real estate, my experience includes retail, industrial, office, and multi-family listings and sales. An exciting growth period.
