Leading the engineering at REPLOY Power I am building a multidisciplinary team focused on overcoming the challenges and opening the opportunities of low cost, mass produced, safe, marine nuclear power.Previously the Director of Engineering at Wartsila Defense (Defense Maritime Solutions), I oversaw the engineering services for the design, development, and delivery of advanced naval systems and solutions. I have more than 10 years of experience in engineering electronics, shipbuilding, maintenance, and program management, with a focus on analysis, integration, certification, and maintenance of advanced propulsion systems for naval ships.I have a strong track record of forming and leading cross-functional teams, as well as collaborating with contractors and customers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. I am an MBA candidate in good standing, hold an MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and multiple certifications in naval nuclear engineering and submarine operations. I am passionate about applying my expertise and skills to support the defense and maritime sectors with innovative and reliable solutions.
