About Michael Beutel
Over the past 20 years I have thoroughly enjoyed developing, implementing, overseeing, managing and evaluating business needs for a variety of operations. In addition, developing managers and subordinates, providing top notch customer service by exceeding the guest/client expectations in every facet of their experience is a passion of mine. Throughout my career, I have developed a very strong background in leadership expertise, encompassing excellent communication skills with peers and subordinates, while mentoring and motivating staff members to be part of a team effort. Teambuilding and providing a top notch employee culture is critical to success in any industry. A company’s most important and valuable asset is their staff. Team members must be given the tools they need to excel in their role. Training, coaching and developing team members is an ongoing process, no process is perfect and can always be improved upon. Creating an environment that inspires and motivates, as well as recognizes and rewards its team members, will ultimately result in a company achieving its vision and fulfilling its purpose.Building relationships with your guests/clients is essential to any business. It is vital to know the needs and expectations of your customer and client base. Interacting with the guest/client daily and seeing the operation through the customer’s eyes, enables you to always keep a pulse on both present and future needs. Having the ability to multi-task and meet quick turnaround deadlines, is a strong suite of mine, as well asadhering to company guidelines, policies and utilizing the tools and resources available to me. These skills have propelled me upward within the hospitality industry and have made me the successful executive I am today.
