I am a Global General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer with deep expertise in guiding technology startups from early-stage funding through scale, international expansion, and successful exit. As a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams, I maximize business value through M&A, corporate governance, SaaS and GTM operations, real world asset / real world data (RWA/RDA), tokenization, blockchain, commercial transactions, IP strategy, labor & employment, privacy, compliance, and crisis management.Most recently, I joined DeepGreenX (DXG) as Founding Global General Counsel (June 2025–Present), driving SEC & Nasdaq listing readiness, pre-listing M&A, and global regulatory strategy for DXG’s AI-enabled RWA/RDA tokenization platform and stablecoin initiatives, including the $28B Maluku Token Project. I lead securities and governance workstreams for Nasdaq listing - IPO/DPO preparation, drive London Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange dual-listing readiness efforts, and direct multi-jurisdiction entity formation and corporate governance (Cayman, BVI, LUX) to support global expansion and financings. I have a proven track record of building and leading global legal and operational teams, delivering efficient, business-aligned legal services that enable growth, mitigate risk, and drive strategic execution. I work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, HR, Sales, and Procurement to align legal strategy with innovation and scale. I led company-wide initiatives spanning corporate strategy, operations, business development, legal, compliance, HR, global privacy, M&A, employment law, real estate, SaaS contracting, and crisis management.After the acquisition by Onclusive, a global media intelligence company formed via a five-company roll-up by PE firm Symphony Technology Group, I became Onclusive’s founding Global General Counsel while retaining my role as COO of Critical Mention. I built and scaled the global legal function, led post-acquisition integration, implemented AI-enabled workflows to streamline contracting and legal operations, partnered with GTM teams to accelerate deal velocity, and led privacy, litigation, insurance, and regulatory and product counsel.
