I am a Florida State Representative representing House District 57 (Southeast Hillsborough). I currently serve on the Judiciary, Judicial Appropriations, and Health Quality Committees. I am a compassionate constitutional conservative. I handle high-stakes civil and criminal litigation. I have developed a particular aptitude for litigation involving federal statutes (RICO, FLSA, Securities litigation, Federal Criminal, etc.). I refuse to accept defeat and I am known to devise innovative approaches to litigation matters. I am a meticulous attorney who provides aggressive representation at affordable rates. I have performed pro bono work on behalf of various disabled persons and have donated my time to conservative political and civil rights causes. I have served on various boards and commissions.
