About Michael Bell
In my current position as the Director of Operations, I\'m responsible for Closeline\'s operations in more than 40 states, ensuring the delivery of a seamless settlement experience for customers - anytime, anywhere. I\'ve been in this role since 2014 and with Closeline Settlements for ten years. In addition to the Operations side, I work in a Business Development role finding potential customers and growing current ones. My overall understanding of the way Closeline works and the proprietary system we have allows me to provide top level service to our clients and customers. We work with almost every type of client, and have the resources, process, and personnel to be flexible to each client\'s needs. Clients include: Lenders Agents Investors (Fix and Flip, Wholesale, Assignment, Land Acquisition) Developers Foreclosure Commercial The growth of the TitleConnect umbrella of companies has afforded an incredible amount of resources to our companies. To pair with our nationwide footprint, Closeline now has about 20 offices to close at in MD, DC, and VA. Undergraduate degree from the Elon University Martha and Spencer Love School of Business and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. International Real Estate Investment studies in Marseille, France. REI internship in London, England. MBA internship with Federal Realty Investment Group. Maryland Title Producers License Licensed MD Notary Certified California EAFC member
