About Michael Belcher
I have been in the Real Estate Industry over 25 years. I started out purely as an investor, investing in residential homes and tax liens. While working in Corporate America, I continued to expand my real estate holdings to include Mobile Home Parks, Small Apartment Buildings, Residential, and tax liens.About 12 years ago, I went to Real Estate School to get my real estate license. It was at that point, I started working with investors to help them get properties via making aggressive offers. In the past couple years, I bought into a real estate brokerage. I ended up selling my shares and went to work eXp realty as I wanted to get away from the Brick and Mortar real estate offices and work at home, a coffee house, the beach or wherever.Today, I am working at Exit Realty TRI-Cities helping them build the new office into what I hope becomes the best real estate office for buyers and sellers in the region.

I currently work for eXp Realty and have enjoyed it more than any other company I\'ve been with due to being able to work from anywhere in the world. There is no brick and mortar real estate offices for me anymore. I have owned in my real estate career, Residential Homes, Mobile Home Parks, Small Apartment Buildings, asset backed tax liens and been part owner of a real estate brokerage firm.I love working with other investors helping them find that right property that fits their financial goals.I live in the beautiful mountains of NE Tennessee aka The TriCities (Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol). It is here that I love more than any other place in the world. 2 miles from my house is the Appalachian Trail along with a white water campground. As a graduate of The University of South Carolina, I am a HUGE Gamecock fan living in Tennessee Vol Country. I get along, lol.
