I’m a physical therapist and U.S. Army officer with extensive experience delivering musculoskeletal care in complex, resource-constrained environments — and a passion for transforming healthcare through innovation, strategy, and technology.Over the past decade, I’ve led interdisciplinary clinical teams, advocated for national PT policy reform, and spoken at major healthcare conferences as a keynote and plenary speaker. My work has spanned direct care, health system operations, and digital health pilots, giving me a unique perspective on where healthcare is — and where it needs to go.I also hold certifications in Design Thinking, Scrum (CSM), and Product Ownership (CSPO), which I’ve used to help drive patient-centered innovation and system redesign. Most recently, I’ve gained experience in health tech and data-driven care models — with a focus on MSK innovation and value-based transformation.I’ll be pursuing my MBA to deepen my expertise in strategy, analytics, and innovation leadership — with the goal of stepping into roles that drive real-world change at scale, whether inside health systems, payers, or digital health companies.
