Programmes can be cross-organization or sponsored from one of the three core business groups.i. Consolidate and curate projects and work streams into an organized framework and plan for delivery that align to a validated and clear strategic programme objective.ii. Lead standups and scrums bringing together technology and business to work through requirements, solution, testing, and Deliver through close working relationships with Programme Sponsors, project managers, product and process owners and key stakeholders setting the organizational model and governance structures required.iv. Design measurable benefits against strategic objectives and ensure a clear causal pathway is in place between Outputs, Outcomes, and Impact [Benefit].
