I grew up in Northern California’s Napa Valley, a place I only truly learned to appreciate after I left. Sports shaped much of my childhood and taught me discipline, resilience, and how powerful consistent effort can be. That competitive drive eventually guided me into the world of professional golf, where I spent my early twenties committed to improvement through practice, coaching, and a passion for continuous growth.Life then brought me abroad to Portugal and Germany, where I was fortunate to experience new cultures, new perspectives, and a deeper appreciation for people and possibility. Those years broadened my worldview and grounded my belief in optimism, connection, and leading with curiosity and kindness.Today, I serve as a General Agent supporting Employee Benefits Advisors nationwide as they help their clients move from Fully Insured plans into Level-Funded and Self-Funded solutions.
