My 38 years of Big Four audit, board, and organizational leadership experience have culminated in a comprehensive understanding of business strategy and board governance. As a former KPMG Lead Director, I worked to cultivate an oversight-minded and collaborative boardroom environment. I helped launch KPMG’s Ignition Center, a next-generation facility and business model that transformed KPMG’s go-to-market strategy, later assisting in scaling the initiative nationwide. As Lead Partner for Culture, I launched programs that enhanced and strengthened culture and values, and prioritized empathy, authenticity, trust, and a commitment to holistic well-being. As a long-time Colorado resident, in my downtime, you might find me on the slopes at Winter Park, or out on my bike.
