Chicago stamping plant in Chicago heights, which produce vehicles and parts for the automotive industry. I am responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing contracts and budgets.I have 30years of experience in building engineering and project management, working in the Chicago public school system,banking, pharmaceutical industries, oil and gas industry and automotive industry which are highly regulated and complex sectors. I have skills in boiler and air conditioning operations and in-house repairs, team building, construction, contract negotiation, team leadership, and contract management, which enable me to deliver successful projects and outcomes. I also have certifications in mentoring and listening skills, which reflect my commitment to developing and empowering my team and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. My goal is to leverage my expertise and skills to optimize the performance and efficiency of the Ford motor plants and support the growth and innovation of the automotive industry.
