Regional Manager Halfords Mobile @Halfords

Having Started in Feb as the operations manager of Halfords Mobile Expert trial and successfully growing the fleet along with proving the concept works, Halfords Autocentres have acquired Tyres on the drive.\\\\nDue to this expansion I have been officially appointed Regional Manager for the South, Now overseeing 8 sites with 7 Hub Managers, 88 vans and 150 colleagues.\\\\nDuring my time in the role I have opened 3 new sites and relocated 4 sites to new locations, recruited 4 New Hub Managers and also promoted 10 colleagues in Leadership roles showing the development and succession in place.\\\\nRecently the business have acquired National Tyres and now involved in the plans to integrate elements of there business into Halfords Mobile business, up to 20 additional sites, 30 colleagues and 30 vans to be integrated.\\\\nI have also been involved in multiple business decisions in growing the mobile business and new initiatives that I have introduced.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
