Moved the plants and departments to a standardize costing process and absorption cost models.• The lead in the strategic acquisition of the production facilities in Chile. This includes the financial and operational review, proposals and development of strategic plan. • Established process for the standardize accounting, month end close and reporting of the multiple entities that make up the various business aspects of Van Drunen Farms. This includes businesses in farming, production, distribution either in wholesale, retail and direct to consumer.• Implementation of ERP system - Deacom
