   As VP of Sales and Service, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our members, corporate partners, and the community. I oversee the strategic management and daily operations of MSCU’s Branch Operations, Member Experience, Sales, Marketing, Wealth Management, and Member Care (Call Center) departments, ensuring seamless service and engagement.As a key member of the Senior Management team, I lead strategic initiatives aligned with the credit union’s mission, vision, and long-term growth, driving innovation and operational excellence. I serve on the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), managing balance sheet risk, and the Credit Committee, where I review and approve credit-related policies.In addition to my operational responsibilities, I was selected to lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts as the DEI officer, establishing a diverse committee to provide employees with a voice and align the credit union’s values with those of the staff. I am also passionate about coaching and mentoring team members at all levels, helping them grow within the credit union and the banking industry while serving as a trusted resource and guide through challenging situations.
