About Michael Anthony Martirano
I am a student at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business pursuing a degree in Accounting. Through my school and work history, I have gained experience in leadership and group work. My classwork during the COVID-19 pandemic has also taught me the value of technology in business, how professionals can apply technological solutions to everyday problems, and the role communication and information technology has in enhancing business leadership. My internship experience and classwork has allowed me to gain an understanding of the quantitative and analytical aspects of accounting work, a field about which I aspire to continue learning. Through my volunteering and service industry work, I have developed a strong appreciation for customer interaction, and a great desire to create a welcoming environment for all people, both right now and in all future employment.
