I am an accomplished IT professional with a strong background in systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Currently, I serve as a Program System Specialist II at the Southern Nevada Health District, where I leverage my expertise to support critical infrastructure and drive technology solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.Throughout my career, I have earned numerous industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA Pentest+, CySA+, CASP, Security+, Network+, A+, Project+, ITIL 4 Foundation, SSCP, LPI Linux Essentials, CNSP, CNVP, CSAP, CSIS, and CIOS.    Member of the Cyber Security Committee, responsible for cyber security recommendations and have it in writing, vote on recommendations to be approved, holds meetings regarding cyber security for the organizations. Install, configure, test, upgrade, customize and maintain vendor software and/or hardware for personal computer systems. Integrate applications with core images, maintain application packaging environments, and develop and test installation packages. Develop and manage the software deployment infrastructure for efficient and secure deployment of packages for the standard desktop environment and business applications. Train users on hardware, software and any special needs required of the program. Assist users in determining their hardware and software needs. Install, configure, test, upgrade, customize and maintain systems between section/division personal computers; network systems; and other District computer systems and/or the public. Provide maintenance of District communications equipment including, but not limited to: computers, VoIP telephones, cellular phones, adios, internet, video conferencing, satellite and cable connections. Troubleshoot problems and ensure proper operation of hardware and software. May provide customer service to members of coalitions or community based groups who are provided computers and related services through District or grant shared funding sources. May work with billing, coding, patient demographics; tracking of patients and security issues. May work with contractors or consultants who provide specialized services to the program or the District. Provides assistance and/or backup for Computer Systems Section as requested. May maintain website(s) for the program; assist community related programs with establishing their websites. Keep up to date on emerging hardware and software in the assigned program field and advise appropriate staff members of the options available.
