About Michael Andrus
Participated in the grass roots start up and commissioning of ABB Lummas ethylene cracker in 1997. Operated both Hot and Cold consoles for the ethylene cracker unit over the course of 10 years. Responsible for planning and coordinating multiple turn around and expansion activities along with commissioning and dry out of new process equipment. Held position as a Production shift supervisor and Area Supervisor responsible for shift coordination, scheduling, employee mentoring, Production and Maintenance planning, and major Turnaround planning. Currently hold Production Superintendent position responsible for implementing production plan and coordinating process and staff decisions to meet production goals and responsibilities.
