Creating the strategy that positioned and prepared the French medical device company for launch into US market, I designed go-to-market (GTM) and market penetration plans comprising Sales, Operations and Functional teams and activities that were required to establish the organization within the US. As a key Member of the Senior Management team, I work directly with the CEO and Board of Directors leading Geo-expansion, corporate and commercial strategy as well as the Annual Business Plan and Budget process. I registered the US legal entity and oversee the US FDA assessment and approval process.
