   In my recent role as Scrum Master and Project Manager, I built several tracking dashboards in Jira and Azure DevOps. This also involved collaborating with team to resolve bottlenecks and monitor progress in Jira or Azure DevOps. I used to brief teams and management on Sprint/release progress and team velocity. I developed the product\'s plan of action in close agreement with the Product Owner. Additionally, I managed all change requests through change request lifecycle Backlog Items (PBIs) employing MoSCoW and obtained Story Points using Planning Poker. Highlights of my achievement: Actively contributed to PI Planning at enterprise level as an RTE. Successfully aligned with team\'s goals and priorities by facilitating all team meetings, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Grooming. Facilitated team in maintaining steady stream of high-quality work by directing through cycle of constant refinement and delivery. Integrated Scrum meetings between team, external stakeholders, and the Scrum masters; efficiently identified areas of improvement in existing business procedures by collaborating with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, UX Designers/Researchers, Developers and Business stakeholders. Effectively informed internal and external stakeholders by preparing and delivering updates on project\'s progress. Served as the lead for Agile delivery in digital setting, ensuring all promised deliverables were achieved on schedule.
