Design and lead the Accessibility Strategy at South Western Railway. Accessibility secured top scores in the Performance Based Fee with government for two-years in a row, seen as industry leading. The Accessibility Team I lead generates over £250m of added social value each year. Lead Annual Business Planning for the National Rail Contract, responsible for delivery of KPIs and Business Plan Commitments. Look after the regulatory relationship and compliance of our Accessible Travel Policy with the Regulator; the ORR. Major Stakeholder engagement and management with MPs, local authorities, other train operators, customers and disability groups, local MPs and councillors. Contract negotiation with suppliers, Trade Union negotiation regarding policy and practices changes. Customer Experience design for our disabled and older customers (niche segment within customer types), design of our Disability and Equality Awareness Training package. Lead all Equality Legal cases and supporting the contact centre with customer complaints and feedback, consultation responses.
