For the past 30 years, I have been engaged in executive multiunit retail and retail store management positions for DeBeers, Tiffany & Co, Faberge, REEDS, and Tenenbaum. All luxury jewelry retailers. Throughout my tenure, I have been instrumental in introducing process and system improvements, employee engagement initiatives and customer-focused strategies to drive forward sales and profit growth.
