ABOUT MICHAEL A. DIBIASI
I’ve always believed that performance is built at the intersection of science and practice. With a background in sports nutrition, strength and conditioning, and sports science, I’ve dedicated my career to helping athletes train smarter, recover faster, and perform at their peak. Whether in the lab, on the field, or in the weight room, I thrive on turning evidence-based insights into real-world results.Along the way, I’ve had the privilege to work with Olympic (2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics), Professional (NBA, NBA G-League, MLB Combine), NCAA (multiple universities), and local high school athletes designing training and nutrition strategies that improved not just output but also long-term resilience. My strength lies in bridging complex science with practical coaching—breaking down what works, discarding what doesn’t, and tailoring solutions to each individual’s goals.Beyond the numbers, I’m passionate about growth—both for athletes and myself. I’m energized by collaboration, continuous learning, and bringing a positive, disciplined mindset to every challenge. For me, success isn’t just measured in performance stats—it’s in seeing someone unlock a new level of confidence and ability they didn’t think was possible. My Purpose: Plant Trees Under Whose Shade I May Never Sit
