Many women come to me feeling stuck in self-doubt, overwhelm, or relationship struggles. I help them strengthen the most important relationships in their lives—whether with a partner, a parent or adult child, or with themselves.As a Certified Life Coach and former Therapist, I combine therapeutic emotional insight with practical coaching.
