In this role, I lead and coordinate the organization’s hardware support operations and related projects, ensuring seamless asset management, operational efficiency, and technical support across ASI departments.Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train, and schedule a team of 3 student IT Assistant Technicians; provide ongoing mentorship and performance guidance- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting computer hardware issues and coordinating third-party vendor repairs as needed- Oversee lifecycle management of all ASI hardware, including auditing, inventory, procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and mobile devices- Manage ASI’s organizational mobile phone plan, ensuring efficient procurement, tracking, and maintenance- Coordinate hardware support and planning for a wide range of assets including barcode scanners, vinyl/banner printers, digital cameras, lighting equipment, and more- Lead hardware-related project coordination, including stakeholder communication, budgeting, and timeline adherence- Develop and maintain SOPs for hardware management, while supporting compliance efforts and collaboration with university IT- Track and visualize hardware utilization through effective reporting and documentation- Support operational aspects of ASI\'s broader technology initiatives, providing logistical and process management assistance.
