I was recruited to oversee Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services B2B training division because of my expertise in analyzing projects, identifying potential issues, formulating plans, and effecting solutions. The Training Development & Delivery group develops client training content, provides technology, and directly trains clients on Fidelity’s proprietary virtual wealth and investment management platform. My role focuses on implementing changes to improve content, training delivery, and learning technology, with the goal of optimizing the client experience. Reoriented client training from in-person to 100% virtual because of COVID restrictions. Deepened client connections with introduction of personalized training assignments, scenario simulations, and shifting group engagement, leading to clients reporting preparedness scores of 96% following training. Hosted 35K client attendees over 2500 learning sessions in 2022. Developed future vision and strategic roadmap to optimize technology usage, increase content use metrics, and improve client experience. Established KPIs to measure resource utilization, gauge client training efficacy, and improve business outcomes. Recorded top 3 most hours in organization as a volunteer enterprise coach, with 94% of associates I coached responding that they implemented my advice and recommended my coaching.
