I design and build systems that work at scale — and lead the teams that ship them.7+ years turning complex business problems into production-grade platforms: from AI agent orchestration and Web3 identity systems to global-scale e-commerce and zero-downtime migrations of 100K+ users—Currently: CTO at Skillsavers.ai, where I designed and built an AI agent platform from scratch — custom orchestration engine, RAG pipelines, MCP protocol extensions, and a multi-tenant permission system. The platform runs in production for multiple clients, both cloud and on-premise.Before that: 4+ years as Chapter Leader and Architect at Leocode, leading 8-person teams across projects including:• A legacy e-learning platform migration (100K users, zero downtime, 50% infrastructure cost reduction)• A Web3 Self-Sovereign Identity platform on Hedera (production, multi-org, GDPR-compliant)• Backend architecture for a global clothing retailer’s e-commerce• A crypto exchange’s risk & compliance domain event sourcing)• An ML chatbot with 60% code reuse in the next project — architecture that actually pays off—What I bring to the table:• Architecture ownership — I make the hard calls on system design and take full responsibility for the outcome. event-driven, event sourcing, microservices, modular monoliths — I pick what fits, not what’s trendy.• Hands-on leadership — I lead teams of 8+ while personally implementing the most complex components.
