This is to improve customers\' and advisors’ digital experience in automated documentation of business interactions and a quick turnaround on trade submission and execution.\\\\n\\\\nBusiness & Success Criteria: Integration and Performance testing by the end of August 2023, Go live by December 2023.\\\\n\\\\n• Facilitating Agile Scrum Events – Daily Stand Up, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective, and the Backlog Refinement process.\\\\n• Working with the development teams and applying Scrum / Kanban principles to improve customer lead time by 14% in 6 weeks.\\\\n• Encouraging cross-functionality and pair programming within teams to enable better support of business work streams.\\\\n• Improving the quality of work done by agile teams by coaching and implementing TDD in coding processes to reduce fixes and hot patches of broken applications in a production environment.\\\\n• Meeting with stakeholders to evaluate the achievements of business objectives and strategic roadmaps and identifying and resolving business-related issues.\\\\n• Coaching the agile teams on leveraging quality agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean processes to reduce waste, visualize flow, limit WIP, manage flow, reduce customer lead time and cycle time, and improve coding quality for high team performance and better customer experience.\\\\n• Assisting development teams to manage dependencies, removing impediments and obstacles.\\\\n• Monitoring iteration progress using radiators like JIRA dashboard and report, such as velocity, cycle time burndown chart, burn-up chart, sprint health, sprint resiliency, churns, and epic progress\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
