Provided partners and Leadership with accurate Guest feedback from Guest Relations and Guest Correspondence. Other partners included Consumer Insight, Measurement, and Analytics (CIMA), DPEP Technology & Digital and key stakeholders throughout the Disneyland Resort. Tasked with creating weekly updates that allows leaders and partners to understand and apply solutions that lower concerns by 20%. Weekly updates were reported in an easy-to-digest format, which included key trends, sentiment break outs, and total incoming volume for comparison. Contributing to evolve the weekly report into a detailed source of information for leaders and partners. Tasked with creating and reporting Ad-Hoc and After-Action Reports (AAR) within tight deadlines. Created a python program to lower the data scrubbing time to 50 minutes. Resulting in a faster turn around in telling a story with the Guest\'s voice in mind.
