Experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with over 13 years in large cloud providers such as Oracle and Microsoft. I\'ve spent the last 3 plus years in Cloud Security Engineering as a Principal TPM. I am responsible for the security posture of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) via various vulnerability and code scanners at build and run time. This includes identifying vulnerabilities and configuration scanning on production hosts and containers, pre-deployment build scanning to keep vulnerabilities out of production environments and compliance reporting scanner configuration and vulnerability inventories and remediations. No single scanner can do it all and I organize OCI\'s security posture around more than 10 different types of internally built and 3rd party scanners. I specialize in new critical service and feature rollouts, coordinating multiple engineering teams across global locations and managing up for successful product launches. At the same time, I manage the Compliance of several Security teams, providing live customer demos and requested evidence of in place security solutions to 3rd party auditors across commercial regions around the world, FedRamp and restricted environments such as the new National Security Regions to support Secret, Top Secret, SCI and SAP workloads.Top Secret (TS) Clearance with DoD.

   Chief of Staff within the Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) Cloud Security Product Engineering organization. Driving security posture, strategic initiatives, critical projects, and operational rhythm of the business across service teams working on security tooling and services in threat modeling, firewall management, vulnerability scanning, access and permissions monitoring, identity management, and security architecture reviews.Lead Technical Program Manager during the General Availability launch of OCI Zero-trust Packet Routing (ZPR). ZPR is a new data security solution that enables you to write natural-language policies to limit network traffic based on the resources and data services being accessed. The ZPR standard emerged in 2023 through a partnership between Oracle and Applied Invention. Oracle is the first cloud platform to implement a solution based on ZPR, highlighting Oracle’s commitment to cloud security. Technical Program Manager for Security and Identity services re-architecture for OCIs new Dedicated Cloud 3 Rack regions. The new 3 rack regions optimize for diverse environments with expandable footprints and access to more than 150 OCI services. I managed Key Tier-0 security services during system design of important security posture architecture updates, enabling the 3 rack footprint. Named inventor on a patent filed for \"Centralized Vulnerability Security Scanning And Distributed Detection\"(under US Patent Office application review).
