With the ODP program I work with players and coaches. I am one of the first faces that players and parents see since I work with the incoming 10 year old teams for their first two years in the program. From a player perspective, I participate in the tryouts, player evaluations, team formation, player development, developing drills/exercises and coach teams in tournaments. I also oversee coaches during tryouts, training and tournaments in order to have eye on every player.
