My role spans the architecture and launch of three flagship platforms: Broadcast Stack OTT, CGIF App Ecosystem, and the Evangel App—each built to scale, simplify operations, and deliver immersive user experiences.Broadcast Stack OTT Platform – I architected a Netflix-style streaming hub that merges live TV broadcasts and on-demand content for global distribution. This platform features adaptive streaming, multilingual support, and cross-device optimization for smart TVs, mobile, and web. Built-in monetization tools such as tiered subscriptions and ad placements ensure it’s ready for future revenue growth, while cloud-native broadcast automation simplifies scheduling and content delivery.CGIF App Ecosystem – Using the AppForge SaaS framework, I led the creation of a customizable, branded app platform for churches. The Evangel App now offers on-demand video, livestreaming, event calendars, push notifications, and “one-tap” donations powered by Stripe. This ecosystem acts as a global faith-tech marketplace, enabling ministries to share content, manage events, and unlock new revenue streams without custom development.Evangel App – A digital revival hub that reimagines prayer and community engagement. Users can join live prayer rooms, post and respond to real-time prayer requests, explore a dynamic library of sermons and worship content, and participate in AI-personalized spiritual growth challenges. For ministries, the platform offers live broadcasting, content syndication, and transparent donation tracking, all delivered through a seamless mobile and web experience.Together, these platforms represent a world-class digital transformation strategy, blending SaaS architecture, immersive user design, and scalable media distribution to audiences worldwide.
