ABOUT MICAH WASHINSKI
My experience includes a unique combination of a 17-year financial services career and proven success with relationship-type executive sales, 15 years of direct care and passion for offering hope and healing to children and families, 10 years leading and developing programs, processes, and people from volunteers to Director-level professionals, and a lifelong pursuit of discovering God’s will and stepping out in faith to accomplish miracle-sized dreams with my life. I have experience speaking to the media and large audiences, but where I thrive is in the company of a few where I can connect with authenticity. I am involved in the community in a wide-range of ways: mentoring women-leaders new to ministry with limited business experience, member of LampLighters where influential women give time and money to serve homeless children and families, teach a women\'s Bible-fellowship class on Sunday mornings, co-lead a neighborhood Bible study with 20+ women that meet every other Monday night, and am a voting member of my church\'s Mission\'s Board. My life is full, and the four ministries God has called me to are my family, my neighbors, my church, and my job. God has blessed me with the ability to stay focused and present whether I am planning my day, helping one of my daughters with her homework, meeting with a colleague, or having lunch with my friends. This way of life has brought me tremendous joy and fulfillment.
