In this role, I work in a highly autonomous environment where I independently manage tutoring sessions for international students while also leading marketing initiatives to support program growth. I guide students through the college preparation process for U.S. and U.K. institutions, helping them strengthen academic readiness and navigate cross-cultural expectations.Alongside tutoring, I develop and execute targeted marketing strategies aimed at international audiences. By leveraging audience segmentation and digital platforms, I help increase awareness and interest in studying abroad, particularly at top Chinese universities. This role has strengthened my ability to operate independently, think strategically across global markets, and solve problems in real time to ensure program continuity and impact.
