   Achievements: • Obtained Agriculture Ground Equipment (AGE) Certification and Charter Licenses through State of Tennessee Department of Agriculture for Mason, TN location • Awarded Precision Ag Player Award for Southern Business North Delta Division for exceeding expectations and increasing acreage usage of new HyGround and Inspect products • Successfully collaborated with sales team to implement, market, and expand the “Whole Farm” program and have retained 100% of growers over the past three years • Increased sales of HPG products and seed by promoting the “Whole Farm” program to growers Responsibilities: • Provides AI services and products including soil and tissue samples and communicates data and recommendations to growers on SBU Helena Acre Program in conjunction with sales team • Assists the sales team with marketing and selling of AI products and services • Collaborates with branch manager, sales team, and other AI team members to delivery high quality customer service and to develop strong working relationships with growers • Trains other location personnel on functions of precision farming including the use AI360 and GIS technology, operating Veris and Dual Em, and gathering soil/tissue samples • Provides technical support to Helena team and growers who are utilizing AI services • Coordinates with manufacture seed and chemical sales representatives to implement seed and chemical test trials on acres to determine yield potential • Advises growers on strategies to increase maximum yield by conducting soil samples and tissue analysis with interpretation of results in order to make appropriate product recommendations • Performs all AI field work including soil and tissue sampling, operating the Veris machine and setting field boundaries and assists the branch in treating cotton and soybean seeds • Serves as Safety Manager and monitors safety compliance
