About Micah Martzke
My role over the last 25+ years with Lifetouch has been to motivate, inspire and lead a team of individuals to achieve their goals and deliver profitable business results. I have managed teams in the Midwest and in the Northeast with numerous different growth challenges.I manage my business by providing value added pricing strategies, delivering a quality product, creating memories for a lifetime with breathtaking portraiture and excellent customer service. I lead by example and take pride in not only developing and growing people but creating lifelong relationships.Giving back is very important to me and a portion of my business proceeds are given to schools to help them fund needed initiatives. I also partner with many schools throughout NH, NY and VT and help them with their positive behavior initiatives and mission statements.Each day I try to make a positive impact with my family and those around me and I strongly believe in paying it forward! My professional goals are to have the opportunity to help create a winning attitude, inspire creative minds, grow and empower people to make the right decisions and to make our work environment a fun place to be.
