I build bridges between business and legacy. My work lives where estate planning, strategic corporate transactions, and complex tax considerations converge. For many of my clients, wealth is not just a number on a balance sheet; it represents the story of their life’s work and the people they love.Today, I support closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals on tax and trusts-and-estates matters, drafting complex planning instruments, navigating valuation and transfer tax issues, and designing strategies to preserve and transition multi-generational wealth. My practice also encompasses advising businesses on tax strategy and managing real estate and corporate transactions, where each is structured to achieve immediate ownership-transition goals or long-term corporate objectives.I began my career in M&A and commercial real estate, managing corporate acquisitions and reorganizations for middle-market business owners as well as commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and leasing for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. I went on to handle corporate acquisitions and spin-offs for large private-equity firms and publicly traded companies before obtaining my LLM in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law and transitioning into the tax space. This foundation gives me a panoramic perspective on my clients’ worlds, allowing me to anticipate how business operations, tax strategy, and personal legacy intersect—and to help them make decisions that honor all three.
